Chicago Think Tank was established in January of 2026 as a space to harness our collective awareness and turn it into collective action. We believe shared awareness makes real collaboration possible because it deepens our understanding of one another and the world we live in.
We believe today’s global system is increasingly divesting from people: restricting access to rights, concentrating power, and producing market conditions that are unsustainable for the many.
These dynamics are not new, but their scale and speed are accelerating, especially as technology outpaces organic resistance and community-led capacity to respond.
Based in Chicago, we share opinions, ideas, and stories with a global audience. Our work creates space for dialogue that helps shape public policy through a shared perspective rooted in human dignity. Our goal is organized, local action connected by global awareness, so communities can engage the levers of power across the networks that govern modern life. Chicago Think Tank exists to synthesize evolving realities and convert insights into strategy.
